Have you experience whole day severe headache during 18 weeks pregnant? Is it safe for my my baby inside my tummy?i dont take any medication because im afraid.. i just massage my head.

hello, i just wanted to ask if somebody experienced this too. i am 7 weeks pregnant, i sometimes dont feel anything in my body except for breast tinderness..is it normal?
