sss maternity benefit

malapit na mag 1 month since ngpasa ako ng MAT2 ko. SSS staff told me it takes 2-3 weeks. hanggang ngayon wala pa pumapasok sa savings acct ko. kayo mga mommies ilang weeks tinagal ng sainyo?

nap problem

my twins always catsleep during the day. konting ingay or natanggal lang pacifier sa bibig nila gising agad. weve tried everything. white noise, feeding before sleep, rocking them, higa sa duyan everything! but they always wake 5-10 mins of sleeping. eto na routine ko maghapon eh salitan pa man din sila, sa bedtime at night nalang sila nakakatulog ng mahimbing. HELP PLEASE

Nipple discharge

Hello mommies im currently close with my 19th week of twin pregnancy, is it normal if may nipple discharge, pansin ko sa left side lng ng boobie and it happens while im asleep nagigising nalang ako basa damit ko ?
