40 weeks and 1 day

40 weeks na ko today, naninigas at sumasakit balakang at puson ko pero no discharge. Any tips po gusto ko na makaraos 😌

Hay, mama, I feel you, that waiting period is the longest! Kaya mo yan A few of us tried lots of walking (pati sa mall para may air conditioning, hehe), eating spicy food, and one of my mum friends swears by doing squats and pelvic tilts every day, but honestly, every baby has their own timeline talaga. Since you're already past 40 weeks, mas better na i-check mo na with your OB agad para sure everything's okay and if baby needs any help to come out na, they'll know best what to do next para safe ka both.

Normal lang po ba talaga ?sa tuwing humihiga ako sumasakit balakang at puson ko at tumitigas ang tiyan kaya po nahihirapan ako matulog sa gabi pero pag di naman po ako nakahiga wala naman ako nararamdamang masyadong sakit.

Ay normal lang yan sa 37-38 weeks, mama! Yung Braxton Hicks contractions (yung practice contractions) usually kick in harder towards the end, at ang ligaments mo are really stretching na kaya sore ang back at puso, lalo na kapag nakalagay ka na ng mahabang oras, a few of us moms experienced the same thing at parang hindi matulog ng maayos. Try sleeping on your left side with a pillow between your knees, or use one of those pregnancy pillows kung kaya, para less strain sa back at belly. But since you're almost at term na, best pa rin mag-check with your OB just to make sure everything is on track, especially if the pain gets sharper or the tightness won't go away kahit nag-rest ka na.

Ask ko lang po. Ang alam ko po 28weeks pa lang ako base sa LMP ko, pero nung nag pa ultrasound po ako nito lang 33wks and 5 days na daw po . Ano po ba yung susundin ko?

ilang grams baby mu sa ultrasound mi?
