Sakit x process ecv 36 weeks

Eh sakit memang boleh la during ECV, especially dekat perut area sebab doctor kena apply pressure untuk pusing baby. I did mine at 36 weeks jugak and memang uncomfortable, tapi tolerable je if you breathe through it, painkiller boleh ambil sebelum if the doc allows. Tapi if the pain is super intense or you're worried, mesti inform your doctor immediately kasi dia tahu, maybe dia kena stop or adjust. Lepas tu rest je, normal cramps boleh berlaku jugak a few hours after.

Eh ada je possibility! A few of my mum friends had babies in breech position around 35-36 weeks and some eventually turned on their own by 37-38 weeks, memang ada masa lagi. But honestly, best to sit down with your doctor or midwife to check the position properly and discuss your options, macam whether you want to try external cephalic version or just monitor closely, sebab tiap baby lain. Jangan worry sangat dulu, ada still quite a bit of time, tapi definitely get professional advice on this one, okay?

Tidur mengiring ke kiri atau ke kanan yang lebih baik

Kadang2 terbabas juga tidur telentang

disarankan sebelah kiri untuk melancarkan aliran darah & nutrien ke plasenta serta membekalkan oksigen yang cukup pada bayi. Tapi kalau selesa sebelah kanan pun ok je. tidur telentang untuk jangka masa panjang pula tak disarankan..
