GERD (Acid Reflux)

Any one same case with me.. Struggling and suffering acid reflux?.. So hirap.. I already avoid those can trigger acid reflux but still gnun parin.. 🙁 How to cope with it? Home remedy medication any one? Thank you.. #advicepls

aside sa mga nag trigger sayo na food mommy na iniwasan mo na. mag small frequent feeding ka mommy. avoid sleeping or lying down after eating.
