Pahelp mga mommies, pang-apat na beses ko na yata to na inubo sa pagbubuntis ko ngayon. At may kasamang sipon yung tipong hirap huminga. Ano kaya pwede gawin? Tubig lang talaga iniinom ko. At nag spray ako neto. #ubo #siponatuboduringpregnancy

Ubo at sipon

Hay nako, makakaalipin talaga ang ubo at sipon during pregnancy, lalo na pag paulit-ulit! Aside sa tubig, try doing steam inhalation (kahit mainit na tubig sa malaking mangkok, face over it with towel) to help clear your airways, a few of us did that nung pregnant and sobrang helpful, especially sa gabi para matulog nang maayos. Honey in warm water is also pregnancy-safe and soothing for the throat, and honestly maraming mommies swear by that combo. Since it's your fourth time na this pregnancy though, I'd really suggest checking with your OB para masiguro walang underlying issue, kasi paulit-ulit talaga yun, and they can recommend what's safe for you at baby. Naninigas at mabigat ang feeling at may konting yellow discharge

Mga mi pahelp naman, baka may naka experience neto? 2x na nangyari, nawawala din naman cya. Ano kaya to? Tom nagpacheckup kami.

baka nagcocontract dahil may infection ka? yellow or, yellow green discharge kasi ay sign ng infection. at pag may infection, nagcacause to ng paghilab, pagsakit, paninigas ng matres. di rin ok na mabigat ang feeling kung di pa naman malaki si baby sa tummy.

Hi mama! Ako naman, a few of us tried Doc Mae Ferrolino and sobrang swak, super approachable, extrovert-type na doc kaya parang kausap mo lang, at mabait talaga sa lahat ng tanong mo. She has a clinic in South Imus and also at Kasa Klinika, so convenient if you're around dito. Another option na naririnig ko from my mum friends is maraming OBs na available sa area, pero ang key talaga is finding someone na willing mag-explain ng everything in a way na makakaintindi ka, at si Doc Mae yun talaga. Hope you find the perfect fit agad, mama, transition to a new OB can be stressful pero worth it if they're the right one! Sending you good vibes!
