Cause of rashes

Hi mummies.... Recently my 4+ mth baby is developing these rashes on his body. What could be the cause of it? Any cure? The rashes dont seem to bother him at all. However, it seems to get more day by day.

Can i add formula milk to EYS Si Shen brown rice powder?

Hi mummies... Please advise.... My 4 mth old baby is suddenly drinking very little milk. He has been drinking FM since 1 mth old. I was told to feed him some si shen powder from EYS to help increase his appetite. Can i add FM to the powder? Must i boil the mixture for 5 mins when cooking?
