Caring for baby at home

Wanted to ask how best to allocate tasks to my helper for babycare..We have a 3 year old toddler and a newborn now. My toddler attends full day preschool.The helper currently does the housework plus prepares lunch and dinner daily. Is it still possible for her to attend to the baby if we are not considering sending the baby to infant care?
