Hello. Sino dito same case sa akin na may butas malapit sa pwerta na hindi nagclose pero maliit lng sia pero mahapdi kapag umiihi ako ng nakasquat. Any ointment or gamot na pwede ipahid? Worried po tlga ako. #advicepls #1stimemom #pleasehelp #respect

Ay mama, that sounds uncomfortable talaga, especially pag umihi ka pa, I understand the worry! Pero honestly, for something like that after normal delivery, mas better if you check with your OB-GYN first para sure kung ano exactly ang nangyari and kung may treatment na kailangan, kasi may cases na nag-heal on their own in time pero may iba na may specific care needed. Lang naman, wag mag-alala, ang mga bagay na ito are more common than you'd think sa unang birth kaya walang embarrassment sa pagkonsulta. Hugs, mama, you did great with the delivery, and your body will heal!

Ano po ba dapat gawin or may ointment po ba na pwede sa may almuranas? Nahihirapan po ako until now after giving birth at may nakakapa po ako sa may butas ng anus kapag napopoops po ako 😫#advicepls #1stimemom #pleasehelp
