Tahi (Normal Delivery)

Ay mama, that sounds uncomfortable talaga, especially pag umihi ka pa, I understand the worry! Pero honestly, for something like that after normal delivery, mas better if you check with your OB-GYN first para sure kung ano exactly ang nangyari and kung may treatment na kailangan, kasi may cases na nag-heal on their own in time pero may iba na may specific care needed. Lang naman, wag mag-alala, ang mga bagay na ito are more common than you'd think sa unang birth kaya walang embarrassment sa pagkonsulta. Hugs, mama, you did great with the delivery, and your body will heal!
