Mama, this is really important, please talk directly to your OB about your FBS results, kasi sila lang ang makaka-proper interpret based sa buong picture ng pregnancy mo. Hindi dapat mag-self-diagnose tayo dito, lalo na sa ganito. Once na ma-clarify ng doctor mo kung ano exactly ang status mo, siya na ang magsasabi if diet adjustment lang muna, or kailangan ng other steps, bawat situation talaga ay different, at depende sa maraming factors na kailangan ninyong i-discuss together.

Ay sis, hindi ko pa na-experience yan kasi first time mom pa lang ako, pero may kaibigan akong dumaan dito at she said parang regular ultrasound lang pero mas detailed, looking for anything unusual sa baby, honestly medyo na-anxious siya beforehand kaya better if you ask your OB kung ano exactly yung makikita nila at what to expect, para less worry mo heading in! Pero sige, post ka rin ng update after, baka may iba pang moms dito na makakatulong ng firsthand experience.
