Tapak kaki sakit

Tq❤️

Eh congrats on the pregnancy! Honestly a few of my mum friends did travel dalam first trimester, one pergi Europe when she was around 3 months, she said the main thing is make sure your travel insurance covers pregnancy, and jangan lupa bawa doctor's letter saying you're fit to fly (airlines usually ask for this). Kalau boleh pilih aisle seat untuk leg stretches, travel compression socks is a good idea, and just be gentle dengan yourself, morning sickness + long flights is not fun! Tapi sebab first trimester is quite delicate especially if you've had any concerns, best to check with your doctor first before booking anything firm, okay? Safe travels!
