helllo po, Im 20wks pregnant..sino dito ang nakabedrest? as in bedrest lang at tatayo lang for bathroom previlige? How do you deal with back aches? as in sobrang sakit minsan 😥 I am almost a month na naka bedrest dahil tinahi ung cervix ko..Im trying to sit ng mga ilang minutes sa upuan pero hindi ko kaya. Sumasakit agad likod ko. Then sa gabi sobrang sakit nya hindi ko na alam anong side ako matutulog.. Pag di ko na kaya pinapamassage ko with calming lotion. Saglit mawawala pero bumabalik pa din. Gusto ko i-try mag pa prenatal massage para umayos sya.. Iniisip ko din kasi ayoko itolerate sarili ko ng ganito, though bedrest ako gusto ko mafeel un normal na nakakaupo tayo ako ng maayos. Anyone here na same situation sa akin? Thank you for your suggestions ❤
