𝙵𝙾𝚁 𝙰𝙻𝙻 𝙼𝚄𝙼𝙼𝙰, 𝙸𝚃 𝙸𝚂 𝙾𝙺𝙰𝚈. I know how hard it is to take care of another human being let alone not knowing what s/he needs when s/he cries uncontrollably in the middle of the night when you are already exhausted the entire day and all you want is quiet time. I know that sometimes all their messes get into your nerves and I know that most of the time you are dog-tired. I know sometimes you just want to take a break or a breather or a 1-minute time-out if you could just have to. I know how sometimes you would rather wish for an alone-time or me-time rather than hit a million jackpot. I know that sometimes you cry yourself to sleep because you do not know who you are anymore and it is as if you lost yourself along the way. BUT YOU WOULD NOT ADMIT IT. BUT YOU WOULD TRASH THESE IDEAS IN YOUR MIND BECAUSE YOU GUILT-TRIP YOURSELF INTO THINKING THAT YOUR CHILD IS SOMEWHAT GIVING YOU A HARD TIME. BUT YOU WOULD THINK THAT YOU ARE BEING SELFISH BY TRYING TO PUT YOURSELF FIRST OVER THEM. Because society portrayed you to be a perfect mother; selfless, loves unconditionally, understanding, patience deeper than any trenches, etc. But I am telling you that it is okay, Mum. Whatever you are feeling is valid. It does not make you a bad mother just because you are tired and you want an all-day me-time. It does not make you less when you want to rest. You are a human and is capable to feel any feelings humanly possible. Do not let society brand you with a silver platter of 'what you should be' and exchange it for what 'you are comfortable with'. You are a GREAT MOTHER no matter what. Do you know how I know that? Because you carried them inside you. You stake your life for them to have theirs and it is more than enough. 𝙸𝚃 𝙸𝚂 𝙾𝙺𝙰𝚈.
