paano maramdaman yung pintig ni baby? currently 19 weeks na po ako pero di ko alam pano, di ko pa rin ramdam galaw ni baby #pregnancy #firstbaby

Ay mama, don't worry! 19 weeks pa lang kaya normal kung di ka pa ramdam, maraming first-time moms na ganyan, ako rin dati ang anxious haha. Usually around 20 weeks onwards or later pa (especially pag first baby), pero minsan mas maaga or mas late depende sa position ng baby at placenta, kaya wag mag-alala. Try lying flat on your back, keep your hands on your tummy, at stay still for a bit, sometimes mas nararamdaman mo yung movements kapag relaxed ka at walang ingay, pero huwag mong i-pressure ang sarili mo. Better check with your OB din during your next visit para ma-confirm na lahat's good with baby, pero super normal pa rin kung hindi mo na-detect ngayon.

hello. ask kolang kung normal lang ba na magfaintline pa din yung PT ko? nagtake ako nitong feb 24 positive siya both meron lines then nitong march lang nagtake ako kaso faint line naman lumalabas. bali pang 13weeks ko na today. next week pa kasi appointment ko for trans v. #pleasehelp #worryingmom #1stimemom

Ay sis, faint lines at 13 weeks can happen kaya hindi ka nag-iisa sa worry na yan! A few of us moms experienced the same thing, sometimes it's just about test sensitivity or how diluted ang urine, or kung gabi na kukunin mo ang sample. But honestly since you're already 13 weeks and may appointment na next week, best talaga magask directly sa doctor about the faint line para peace of mind mo, they can check via ultrasound kung lahat okay sa baby, na mas accurate pa man kaysa home tests anyway. Pag nag-iisa ka pa sa bahay, try taking another PT with first morning urine, pero ang sabi ng OB namin, once you're past the first trimester, the HPT results can be weird na talaga kaya trust the ultrasound more. You're gonna be fine, mama!
