My first postnatal checkup at KKH after giving birth. Do I need to bring the baby?

Right and left uterine notches

Anyone experiencing this after 20 weeks scan? Doctor said she could give me aspirin but it may cause bleeding which I think is worse. She didn't push for the aspirin but I'm also seeing her cos of the subsidised system at kkh. So any mummies with any advice other than yes, me changing to a more experienced gynae which I intend to after the glucose test 4 weeks later. Is there anything else I can do in these 4 weeks knowing that both have notches?

I really feel you on this, it is such a worrying thing to sit with and I can understand why you feel unsure about the aspirin too. Since both sides have notches, I think it is worth calling KKH to ask if you can speak to your doctor again or even request a second opinion before the four weeks are up, just so you feel more supported while you wait. You should not have to carry this anxiety alone for a whole month, and the nurses there are usually quite approachable if you explain your concerns.
