Ay mama, normal yan, those are Braxton Hicks contractions, at 37 weeks and 5 days you're so close na! Pero kasi yung pakiramdam mo na parang may lalabas or bubukas, that's worth checking with your OB agad, lalo na kung may bleeding or consistent pain, kasi baka cervix mo ay nag-thin out na or may other things going on na need monitoring. A few of us felt the same thing at 37-38 weeks and doc said some of us ay ready na talaga, pero some needed adjustment pa, so better safe than sorry, pag possible, call your hospital or see your doctor para sure lang. You're almost there, mama!

Aww first-time mom, how exciting! July 2 pa lang kayo, kaya marami pang pwedeng mangyari, pero yan na ang common namin with a few mum friends around that time, parang ang iba na nag-experience ng Braxton Hicks contractions or ligament pain na medyo nag-alarm sa kanila at nag-call agad sa OB, tapos normal lang pala. Madami na ring nagsasabi na sobrang uncomfortable ang sleeping position at ang leg cramps ay tumalon na, so yan na siguro ang hinihintay mo, at honestly magandang sign na active ang baby mo! How are you feeling so far, okay lang ba ang energy mo?

Mama, this is a really important question, please talk to your OB as soon as possible, kasi vaccination during pregnancy is something your doctor needs to advise you on personally based on your health situation. Hindi ko pwedeng sabihin kung okay lang or hindi para sa baby mo, pero alam mo na ang best person to guide you dito ay ang iyong doctor. I know it's worrying, pero don't panic, maraming moms ang nag-consult sa kanilang OB about this, at ang doctor ang makakabigay ng tamang answer para sa iyo. Tawagan agad ang clinic mo, okay?
