Ay mama, normal yan, those are Braxton Hicks contractions, at 37 weeks and 5 days you're so close na! Pero kasi yung pakiramdam mo na parang may lalabas or bubukas, that's worth checking with your OB agad, lalo na kung may bleeding or consistent pain, kasi baka cervix mo ay nag-thin out na or may other things going on na need monitoring. A few of us felt the same thing at 37-38 weeks and doc said some of us ay ready na talaga, pero some needed adjustment pa, so better safe than sorry, pag possible, call your hospital or see your doctor para sure lang. You're almost there, mama!
