Uy, totally normal yan mama! A few of us reached 39-40 weeks bago mag-labor, kaya don't stress yourself, baby will come when baby's ready talaga. Try to stay active kung kaya mo (walking, light chores), eat well, and rest when you can dahil magiging matagal ang labor. If you're worried or may unusual symptoms, best to check with your OB lang para sa peace of mind, pero honestly maraming moms na tulad mo na nag-deliver perfectly fine past 38 weeks. Kaya mo yan!

No sign of labor parin😔

Ay, I feel you mama, that last stretch is the hardest, parang forever na! A few of us in our mum group were still waiting around 38-39 weeks kaya don't worry, you're not alone sa feeling na ito. Your body will start labor when it's ready, pero if you're getting anxious or may unusual symptoms, it's always better to check with your OB lang para sa peace of mind.
