Haha moms to be normal bang utot ng utot 23 weeks. Ako lang ba?

Hahaha hindi ka lang, mama! Ito talaga one of the most common complaints ko from my pregnant friends, gas and bloating are super normal sa pregnancy, especially around that stage kasi lumalaki na ang baby at nagsisimula nang mag-adjust ang digestive system mo. A few of us joked na parang walking fart machine kami, pero it's totally normal, hormones, the pressure from the growing baby, everything slows down your digestion. Try to eat smaller meals, avoid too much fried and gassy foods, and drink lots of water, helped one of my mum friends talaga. Don't worry, mama, it usually gets better after delivery!

Pregnancy Boobs 😭

Hi first time mom here. Ask lang ako opinion..pls help. 🙏🏻 Bago mabuntis malaki at mabigat na talaga boobs ko para sa isang petite at maliit na babae. 36B. Nung nabuntis ako naging 42 yung cup size sobrang bigat at hirap buhatin. Wala ako makasundong bra, pag hindi naman nag ba-bra ramdam ko yung sobrang sensitivity ng areola at nipple area. 😭😭😭 Minsan mas masakit pa sa pregnant belly ko ‘yung changes sa boob area ko. Ask ko lang if babalik ba ‘to sa dati once manganak pa o once matapos ang brest feeding? Kailangan ko na ata kasi bumili ng nursing bra and bagong regular bra. Anong cup size susundin ko mommies? Aw mama, hanggang 42 cup size yan sobrang laki talaga! A few of us moms went through the same thing and honestly, yes they do go down after delivery and breastfeeding, but it takes time, some of our circle took months to a year para bumalik closer sa pre-pregnancy size, kaya huwag mag-alala na permanent yan. For now, invest sa comfy nursing bras na may good support pero hindi too tight kasi mas magiging sensitive ang area mo, at if the sensitivity and pain is really unbearable, try moisturizing products made specifically for pregnancy like Mama's Choice Nipple Cream since it's safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding and honestly sobrang effective para sa comfort ng area na yan. Cup size-wise, suportahan mo lang ang 42 area mo ngayon because your boobs will keep changing until delivery, then after you stop breastfeeding slowly bubaba na sila, but make sure you have a mix of nursing bras AND regular bras kasi you'll need both during your postpartum journey!
