Baby blues and pink

Hi mamas, I’m in my 33 weeks, I get flustered easily especially when I’m experiencing cramps, totally ruin my mood. Also I have a constant blockage on one ear and nose too,they’re both on the right side which makes me more fretted. How are some preggers so joyful throughout their entire pregnancy? They can work and have a social life like how? I can barely walk a distance, can’t complete my daily stretches these days. Just feeling agitated easily. 😢#1stimemom #firstbaby #pregnancy #moods

Booster shot during their third trimester anyone?

Took mine at 33weeks. All 3 Pfizer. Didn’t feel much of side effects. Try to do earlier, cause mine was cutting a bit close

Am at 25 going 26 weeks now. These days my mood haven’t been too stable. If I don’t get a good night rest, my entire day feels meh. No mood to go for walks, appetite decreases too. I don’t these moods to affect baby. I don’t know why I feel this way either. I get teary whenever I’m moody & alone. #1stimemom #advicepls

Hi dear, do try to enjoy your pregnancy journey. Being moody and emotionally is normal but do make sure you dont stress yourself about it. I go for massages and when I feel like crying for no reason, I watch videos that will lift my mood (cat videos 🤭) Do talk to your family about how youre feeling and have them help you in however way they can. Talk to your baby and tell him/her how much you cant wait to see him/her. take plenty of rest, enjoy the little things. you can do it mummy!

Hey mums, is it ok to use an anti flat head pillow for new borns? I read articles it’s unsafe as pillows might cause SID? A firm mattress is recommended instead. What’s your take on this?#advicepls #1stimemom

I did not use pillow for my daughter and her head didn't turn flat. I'm a FTM too so I did what's recommended, since I was too anxious and didn't want to regret if anything happens. A baby with a flat head is better than losing the baby, that's what I thought.
