Perut mengeras 35w

Hai ibu2, just nak tanya or anyone boleh share pendapat. Siapa kat sini perut kerap mengeras (terutama bahagian atas perut) ? Saya 35w gdm on diet, last scan last week berat baby 2.8-3kg 😨 serammmm. Hihi

Perut mengeras tu normal je at 35w, Braxton Hicks contractions yang biasa terjadi especially bila dah mau dekat term, tapi definitely tanya your doctor kat next visit k, especially since you're on GDM diet and baby size tu dalam range je (3kg at 35w is actually okay!). A few of my mum friends share the same worry tapi settle je after check up with doc, so jangan worry sangat, tapi better safe than sorry lah kan.

33weeks perut mengeras

Hai semua, siapa kat sini dah masuk 3rd trimester? Sy 33w tapi perut asyik mengeras je. Lepas tu rasa sakit kat bahagian atas perut 😰

Eh itu Braxton Hicks la tu, yang aku rasa juga masa 33 weeks dulu, perut keras tapi lepas relax balik, normal je. Tapi tu sakit kat bahagian atas perut tu yang kena check ngan doctor, ye lah sebab boleh jadi round ligament pain atau benda lain, better safe than sorry especially 3rd trimester. A few of my mum friends ada rasa yang sama but some tu ada issues lain, jadi jangan assume je. Go see your gynae ye, they'll do a quick check and bagi you peace of mind, senang sikit.
