Perut mengeras 35w
Hai ibu2, just nak tanya or anyone boleh share pendapat. Siapa kat sini perut kerap mengeras (terutama bahagian atas perut) ? Saya 35w gdm on diet, last scan last week berat baby 2.8-3kg 😨 serammmm. Hihi

Perut mengeras tu normal je at 35w, Braxton Hicks contractions yang biasa terjadi especially bila dah mau dekat term, tapi definitely tanya your doctor kat next visit k, especially since you're on GDM diet and baby size tu dalam range je (3kg at 35w is actually okay!). A few of my mum friends share the same worry tapi settle je after check up with doc, so jangan worry sangat, tapi better safe than sorry lah kan.
