Hi mommies! Due saya in Oct and husband plan nak saya bersalin di Hospital Kajang sebab dekat dengan rumah. Just wondering if hospital tu ada FPP and boleh ke choose the ward class? And kena book awal ke?

Nak cepat boleh refer website HTPN atau call admin HTPN for more details. BTW HTPN takde FPP and ada 3rd class je. 1st & 2nd class belum buka. So nak bersalin nanti just walk in PAC. Tu je. No need booking

Feeling uncomfortable

Hi mommies! I'm at 7 weeks++ now and badan ra very uncomfortable, bloated and emotionaly unstable (will cry on a random tiktok video). Do you have any advise on how to overcome this? Add on upper belly rasa ketat but that's maybe I've gained weight😅 #askmommies #pleasehelp

Prevent yourself to watch TT . Watch something makes you happy; cartoon , comedy series etc. Pedih ulu hati simptom biasa kepada ibu hamil. Elakkan makanan/ minuman ya trigger pedih ulu hati; pedas, manis... Slow walk to briskwalk ikut kemampauan diri. Jaga postur sesuai kehamilan Elakkan stress
