Can somebody explain what does “Encounter for Antenatal Screening of Mother” mean??? Thank you!

Help! Not as far along as I thought and I am worried

Went to the clinic 2 weeks ago to make sure I am really pregnant and it turned out positive they also took my blood test to find out when my due date is. Doctor says I am 8 wks pregnant. I was scheduled for my first prenatal appt. And had transvaginal ultrasound today but my ob-gyn only found sac and she says it’s too early for her to detect the heartbeat because looks like according to my ultrasound I am only 6w3d pregnant. I have to go back next week for my next ultrasound. Now I am worried and confused at the same time as well. Dunno what is going on. I thought I was further than I actually was. Is this normal?
