Menstruation 1 month after C-section

Pwede talaga, lalo na kung hindi ka nagbr-breastfeed exclusively kasi mas mabilis bumalik ang period, a few of us from the mommy group namin got theirs around 4-6 weeks pa lang after delivery! Pero yung dami ng dugo at yung egg-white discharge mo bago dumating, mas okay sana i-check mo with your OB para sure lang na normal lang yan at walang complications from your C-section, especially since medyo maaga pa para sa iba.

Due date June 5

I'm 39 weeks and 1 day Ngayon .what if lumagpas sa due date ko sa June 5 due date ko last ultrasound ko may 13. Praying not . I'm first time mom.

Frank breech during 29 weeks

Ang frank breech ay kapag ang mga paa ng baby ay extended straight up, kaya ang mga talón niya ay malapit sa ulo niya, parang naka-fold ang katawan niya sa gitna, hindi bumabagsak ang mga binti niya pababa like normal breech positions. Pero honestly, 29 weeks pa lang yan so marami pang time para mag-turn around ang baby mo, marami sa mga kaibigan ko na nag-breech initially ay nag-normal position pa bago mag-labor, kaya hindi ka mag-alala muna! Pero sigurado, i-follow up mo lang yan with your OB sa next check-up para makita if may specific exercises or positions na pwede mong gawin, or if they recommend external cephalic version pa later on kung hindi pa rin nag-turn.
