Skipping rope after CS Delivery

Good day momsh 😊 I undergo CS section last December 31, 2020. Now I gained so much weight that's why I want to exercise. Just wanna know if skipping rope is safe for CS section. Thank you 😉

FEELING DIZZY

Hi momsh, I'm 40 weeks and 5 days preggy still no sign of labor but I always felt dizzy. Is it normal Lang po Ba?
