Skipping rope after CS Delivery

Good day momsh 😊 I undergo CS section last December 31, 2020. Now I gained so much weight that's why I want to exercise. Just wanna know if skipping rope is safe for CS section. Thank you 😉

You can try po pero kapag may masakit or makirot stop po agad. Ako nagjjump rope din pero after ilang minutes, kailngan ko magstop ksi parang makirot. Ecs last June 2020.
