Rubbing of ears

My baby is 4 months 15 days old. She seems to be rubbing her ears. No fever or anything. What does this mean?

Helper of Infant Care?

Should I employ a helper or send my 3 months old baby to an infant care? I do not receive much help from my parents. I am currently taking care of my own baby. I do not have much time to pump milk, settle my own meals and do house chores.

Unable to take long naps

Hi fellow mummies! My baby is 2 months and 17 days old. Recently, her nap time is getting shorter and shorter. She tends to sleep only for 15-30 minutes. When she wakes up, within a few minutes, she starts to cry. She was well fed, diapers changed and stomach is not bloated (so it is not possible that it is due to colic). This sleep cycle repeats. Eat, short nap, wakes up and cry, eat... (cycle repeats). Is this normal? What could be the reason for her grumpiness and short naps? What should I do?
