how to switch to formula

My lo is turning 1 but still breastfeed and breastmilk is drying Trying so many ways to switch to formula but she refuse all night crying and screaming

I think you start by steaming their food. So get a steamer and blender, both in one.

what is the best sleeping position for newborn?my baby always vomit milk after slept,anything to do for prevent vomit? should i bring baby to see doctor?

Newborn babies should always sleep on their back. That's the only safe position for sleeping to prevent SIDS. My baby also used to vomit often, doctor said it's because of reflux & prescribed some meds. She doesn't vomit that much now. You can either go to doctor or make sure baby is upright while drinking and upright for half an hour after each feed.
