Dr Vanaja stitching skills?

Anybody has review on Dr. Vanaja stitching skills for c sect?

Honestly, I've heard mixed things about Dr Vanaja, most mums who saw her at NUH felt she was competent and caring overall, but a few were a little nervous about her stitching specifically, so that concern you raised is not uncommon. My neighbour delivered under her and said the wound healed up reasonably well without major complications, though she did mention Dr Vanaja tends to lean towards recommending C-sections, so it's worth going in with clear questions about your birth plan. On the stitching side, some doctors use glue-type closure instead of thread, which tends to heal faster and with less discomfort, so it might be worth asking her directly what method she uses. Every doctor has their strengths and every patient heals differently, so the best move is really to raise your concerns with Dr Vanaja herself during consultation, or get a second opinion from another specialist if you are not fully comfortable.

Meal and nap schedules

Can anyone share your meal, milk and nap schedule for a 15 months old? Thank you!

Hey Elaine, When my son was that age, he took 1 nap a day, for about 2 plus hours usually after lunch about 1/1.30pm. He had milk twice a day, once with breakfast and once before bed. 3 meals a day with maybe 2 snacks between meals. Hope that helped!

ok to install window grill when pregnant?

I'm currently 27 weeks pregnant and had arranged for contractor to install the window grill before the baby comes out. Was advised against it by my mum and in law. Anybody had same experience?

Then install the grill after baby out. To avoid nagging and subsequent guilt if any thing were to happen.
