Meal and nap schedules

Can anyone share your meal, milk and nap schedule for a 15 months old? Thank you!

Hey Elaine, When my son was that age, he took 1 nap a day, for about 2 plus hours usually after lunch about 1/1.30pm. He had milk twice a day, once with breakfast and once before bed. 3 meals a day with maybe 2 snacks between meals. Hope that helped!

ok to install window grill when pregnant?

I'm currently 27 weeks pregnant and had arranged for contractor to install the window grill before the baby comes out. Was advised against it by my mum and in law. Anybody had same experience?

Then install the grill after baby out. To avoid nagging and subsequent guilt if any thing were to happen.
