19 WEEKS -OMEGA 3 FISH OIL

Good day mga mommy! Ask ko lang I'm 19 weeks preggy na bukas nagkamali ba si doc sa pagreseta sakin?She gave me omega 3 fish oil kasi and neto ko lang naalala na I've seen some of u asking sa app about that then nalaala ko and sinearch ko na binibigay yun pag 36 weeks and up na so nagalala ako kasi 11 days ko na siyanginiinom thankfully wala naman akong naramdamang masama or iba. Please do comment if you know something abt my concern po thank you.😇😊

Pinagtake din ako ng OB ko niyan 2nd trimester. Di ko nga lang naubos kasi nung katagalan sinusuka ko na. Pero important daw yan kay baby kaya pinilit ko inumin.

Hi po!So my husband's brother gave me some taiwan tea he bought from 7/11 then after drinking it mejo parang nagcrams ako,is it fine or is it because of the tea??

Before consuming po always research or ask professionals like ur OB if safe ba. Yan ang sinabi ni OB sa akin na lagi muna magtanong bago inom or kain ng something di ako familiar.

Good eve po!So sumasakit po balakang and likod ko for how many days na and I'm 9 weeks preggy po then my mom in law is a masahista,she massaged my waist and I felt relief.Is it fine to get a massage po ba?Thank you po sa mga sasagot!
