HEALTH CERTIFICATE ID

Godbless! 🖤#firstbaby #pleasehelp

Ay congrats sa baby, mamsh! Hindi ako sure exactly kung anong specific requirements ang hinahanap ng employer mo, but from what I know, usually stool and urine tests are okay for pregnant women since they're safe, ang X-rays talaga ang risky kaya bawal. Good luck po, and take care ng sarili mo!

17weeks & 1day preggy. 1st time mom here🤗

Generally okay lang ang leggings, pero ang best is to go for maternity-specific ones na may stretchy panel, they're designed to grow with your belly and won't dig in, kaya mas comfortable ka talaga throughout pregnancy. Since 17 weeks pa lang ikaw, it's still early, pero better consult your OB para sure na walang pressure sa baby, lalo na if you're feeling pinched or uncomfortable, kasi bawat body ay iba rin naman.
