Resignation on/after ML

Hi All, any thoughts about resignation during ML? Had horrible colleagues who gave me alot of problems during my whole pregnancy period Actually I kinda gave my boss headsup but he hope I can go back for 3 months for a proper handover.. but I really dont want to.. Anyone know if there are proper guidelines on MOM? Thanks!

Best to resign after your ML. At least you'll get paid for those months. Just a thought but of course end of the day it's really up to you. Take care!
