Vomitting/nausea

Anyone still vomitting? I thought it will all get better end of trimester 1 but it didnt.. what should i do.. i cant eat much

I’ve had friends who experienced the same! i think for some pregnancies, nausea can last longer or come back in waves depending on hormones, or even certain smells/foods. but if it’s very frequent or you’re struggling to keep food down, better to check with your gynae just to be safe 💕

Rashes on tummy..heat rash..any remedy???

Wear loose clothings, keep the area moisturised will do. Don’t scratch, later become scar/stretch marks..

Sharp and short pain left bottom, it is bearable and like a pulling feel.. is it normal?

Left bottom near groin area

yes its normal, it will go away.. i had mine too for a few days.. baby is growing, so the womb is stretching to give more space for growing..

Will you travel in your 1st trimester?
