Confinement for missed miscarriage

hi, anyone here has a similar experience? If so, did you observe any confinement? What are some recommendations of confinement food do you all take? Thanks in advance for your opinions.

I'm very sorry for the loss.. i can only share my sis's exp since she went through the same thing. Her confinment is not as strict, just follow the no bath, dont get up too much and eat more healthy food.

Hi all, first time parent here. My wife just found out she is pregnant after trying for 5 years!! Finally! She is into her 5th week of pregnancy and I would like to know when is the time that we should start seeing the OBGYN... TIA.
