Am going into Week 32 and started having these bad lower backaches if I stand or walk for like 10-15mins. Anyone experience the same before and anything I can use to help ease the pain?

Oscar or Harmony?

Need to decide before next visit to the gynae whether to go for the Oscar or Harmony test. Any advice?

We went with Oscar because our gynae said we're at lower risk! I do know some mummies who went with Oscar first, and went on to do the in-depth test when the results aren't well. Perhaps you can consider factors like price, and if your age range falls within the lower or higher risk range, or if you want a more detailed result :)
