Aw, mama, hemorrhoids during pregnancy talaga napaka-common kasi ng pressure, a few of us had the same thing, especially in the third trimester, and sobrang uncomfortable. But since it's bleeding and really painful na, you really need to reach out to your OB ulit or go to your nearest clinic kasi they need to check if it's just hemorrhoids or may ibang concern, and they can give you safe options while pregnant. In the meantime, drink lots of water, eat fiber-rich foods, and try not to strain, but please don't wait, get that checked na para may peace of mind ka and makarelief ka na. Sending you strength, sis, pregnancy is tough enough!
