Mommy, kaya mo yan! Honestly, 38 weeks pa lang kaya may time pa, I know it's frustrating na stuck sa 1cm, pero ang primrose at exercise mo ay ginagawa na mo lahat ng tama; a few of us tried the same at biglang kami bumagal after week 38, so hindi lang ikaw nag-experience nito. Since you've been doing this for 2 weeks na at stuck pa rin, I'd really suggest checking with your OB again this week para ma-assess kung ano na talaga ang doing at if may other options para i-encourage labor kasi 37 years old ka na at gusto mo ng assurance. Marami ring ways to naturally encourage dilation, pati sex, spicy food, and castor oil ang sinobos ng iba, pero best pa rin na idiscuss with your doctor what's safest para sa inyo.
