Aiyoh don't worry lah, muscle stress during pregnancy is actually quite common especially when your baby is growing, your abdominal muscles are stretching and working hard to support the weight, so that tightness or discomfort you're feeling is pretty normal at your stage! A few of us mums had the same thing and doc said just make sure you're not lifting heavy things, rest when you can, and wear a maternity support belt if it helps ease the pulling sensation. Since your doc already confirmed it's muscle stress during the scan, that's actually reassuring, but definitely mention to your doctor if the pain gets worse or you start spotting, okay? For now try warm compresses and gentle stretching, and honestly most of us found it settled down as we adjusted to pregnancy.

Aiyoh constipation dalam trimester 2 memang sakit hati! Okay lah to try prebiotic and probiotic, honestly a few of us mums swear by them for pregnancy constipation, but best you check with your doctor or midwife first on which brands and doses are safe for your stage, okay? They can recommend the right ones for you specifically and also confirm constipation isn't something else. Drink lots of water and increase fiber slowly also helps, my friend said that made a big difference for her together with the supplements, so don't rely on just one thing!

Sakit kepala / tak selesa kepala trimester ke 2 ( 16 weeks )

Normal ke rasa x sedap kepala or mcm berdenyut hmm risau . Tapi kawan saya kata normal mmng akn rasa mcm tu bile trim ke 2 hmm

Last week buka buku dpt ubat zincofer . Sumpah x bole telan. Asal mkn je muntah . Ape solution ye takut mual makin teruk hmmm
