Vomited 3 times, bloated and stomach keep churning. Should I see gynae?

Hi, I’m not sure what happened but I always have heartburn and nauseous. I thought it’s normal to have all these symptoms during first trimester. Currently, I’m in week 13. I’m wondering if I should go and see gynae or go clinic will do?

some may suffer nausea during all pregnancy. these symptoms are normal. but if you can't bear them. It is better to contact your doctor
