Hi semua maaf nak tnyaa, mcm saya td pkul 2pm ada keluar drah coklat mcm tu lpas tu stop ptg tu sya ada pergi klnik swasta buat tvs doc ckp kantung sy dah tak cantik. Jdi doc bg msa 2minggu utk turun sndri nti scan balik. 8pm sya keluar lgi lpastu stop tak lama tu dlm pukul 930pm mcm tu keluar drah lg. Saya tak sakit perut atau sakit ap2 waktu keluar drah. Kalau ekot kan mggu lps 11/4 sya ad pegi ospital msatu bru 5week 4day jdi doc bg masa 2mggu utk tgk mcm mna. 26/4 jumpa pakar. Doc ada ckp missed miscarriage/early pregnancy. If berterusan perlu sya pergi ospital atau mcm mna yer? Sebb ekot yg scan dkt klnik luar memang dia ckp lg 2mggu bru scan smula. Kalau ekotkan hari dah nk masuk 7week. Ekot date period sya 11week dah tp scan size kantung cek dkt osptal 5week 4day. Arini scan 7week xda perubahan dan xcantik bentuknye. *gmbar scan tu yg buat tvs hari ni

Ada tak yang macam saya

Semalam saya pergi kk buka buku bila scan baby tak nampk janin usia kandungan sy 10week kalau ekot dari date period. Klnik refer ospital scan perut tak nampk. Scan bawah nampk kantung 😢 tapi size kantung 5week 4day. Ad dua kemungkinan doc ckp missed miscarriage/ early pregnancy. Tapi saya tak ada turun darah atau sakit perut tak ada. Sy repeat scan 2minggu lagi. *Last period 30/1 *Buat tvs saja2 15/2 detct ovry cyst 4cm msa tu doc ckp dinding rhim nipis *Hujung February sya buat test 21/22hb Upt Negatif *Awal Mac 1/3 Upt negatif #firstbaby #pleasehelp

Ada sesiap yang lebih kurang macam saya tak, boleh kongsi kan?

Hi nak tanya saya baru pregnant dlm 6week +, dari segi pemakanan skrg dh mula byk benda sy xbole nak makan tak selera + bau masak makanan yg msak dkt rumah sy xbole nk telan, dalam masa sama saya pantang makan sebab ada cyst, org yg ada cyst ni makanan mcm daging ayam soya kicap dll yg sy bca byk xbole makan. Doc ad jugak ckp kalau mengandung nti cyst ada mengecut tpi tengok jugak ada setengah dia membesar seiring dgn bby. Skrg sy risaukan kandungan syaa. Takpa ke kalau sya makan je tak jaga tp beragak. (sesiapa yang ad pengalaman atau tahu srba sedikit bab ni). Terima Kasih ☺️ #firstbaby

Ahhh I totally get your worry, especially first pregnancy kan memang banyak benda nak fikir! A few of my mum friends who had cysts during pregnancy also went through the same thing, the nausea + food aversions mixed with dietary restrictions memang stress betul, tapi yang good news is majority of them managed fine by eating what they could tolerate rather than forcing things. Since you have a cyst, it's probably best to check back with your doctor about which specific foods are safest for your situation (cyst + pregnant together), because different cysts have different rules and your doc knows your history best. Meantime, focus on eating what doesn't make you nauseous and what you can actually swallow, baby will pull nutrients from you even if variety is limited right now, so don't too stress lah. Once morning sickness passes (usually around week 12-14), your appetite and choices usually open up more, so hang in there!
