HELP: HIRAP AKO MAKATULOG 😔

Hi mommies! First pregnancy ko po and I'm on my 4th month now. I experience sleeping problem for almost a week now. Lagi akong nagigising ng madaling araw at hirap na ako get back to sleep. Napansin ko lang kahapon na parang swelling yung pakiramdam ng muscles ko or kalamnan po ba tawag don(huhu, basta yung parang laman mismo) lalo na sa arms po. Kaya lagi ko pinapapisil at massage sa partner ko to alleviate the pain and it helps po at narerelax ako. Ano kaya ito and normal lang po ba? Pero will also consult my OB na din. Hehe. Hope you could help me. Thank you! 🌷
