GESTATIONAL DIABETES & INSULIN PLANT

Hi po mga moms, 1st time mom po ako, ask lang po ako if alam niyo po ba yung "INSULIN PLANT" and if safe po ba diya sa buntis kainin? I have this feeling kasi na may GESTATIONAL DIABETES ako, hoping and praying na sana wala. Pls po need answers. Ty

Wala akong idea sa insulin plant pero nagka gestational diabetes ako base sa result ng lab. May meal plan lang ako na dapat sundin. Okay naman si baby. Normal delivery ako

Ok lang sa likod pero wag lang masyado hard at lalong wag sa tyan. Mas ok kung plain oil lang para mild, kasi pag efficascent masyado matapang
