Is that OK to use kesar with milk for my 1.5 year old daughter???

These days , its difficult to tell how genuine is kesar. I suggest you refrain from using it. Your child is very small. Give what you know is genuine and that which can not be synthetic.

Hi mummies May i know how many meals(main dish/snacks)u served you child per day? How much rice should they be eating eg how many tablespoon of rice? At 30months roughly how heavy should their weigh be Thank You.

Hi parents, any recommendation brand of FM? My 18m LO been taking Nan since weaned off Bm, recently she been suffering constipation.

You can try to feed more water , or can try to feed prune purée or prune juice , if u like to try other fm you can request sample 1st

Any idea what to do with a 16 month old every day after meals? I am a sahm. Have been bringing her to some playgroups, indoor playgrounds, swimming, parks and even Changi airport. She loves to go out and gets pretty bored at home. She is a very steady walker/runner btw. Pls help me by giving any suggestion. Thanks!

My sin gets easily bired at home too so i would bring him out often, or ask him to help me with some stuff around gouse while i do, i didnt mind the mess though as he is very curious and kike to explore around,
