Morning mummies, recently my boy tends to vomit easily. No fever, flu or cough just throw up but still actively playing around. Any recommendation or how to improve their immunity? Thanks

Hi, I think once a week is not that much of a concern and more likely can be tweaked by activities or food changes. Children even up to primary school level can throw up if they are overtly excited - the younger the more likely of happening. Try to feed him lesser and limit his activities after meal time for abt 30mins or so (up to individual differences). Probiotics can also help - any brand also can - I use Gaia

Hello! I'm thinking of sending my daughter for enrichment, she's Super active, we tried heguru for almost 3 terms but she just couldn't pay attention to it... we switched to happy train for a few terms and same thing happened.. she's always the only kid moving around fidgeting non stop ?.. do u all have any other suggestion what is good for a 3 year old? Thanks in advance!

mine cant focus too so i withdrew him from such courses..!u can consider gym in that case :)

Hi, my baby is 15 month old Wanna know how to transfer his food From semisolid to solid Still he is having mashed food or puree. Is it right age Plus he has only front teeth (4 up + 4 down)

plz dont give mashed food. bcoz once u ll shift to solid they ll not be able to digest also they will refuse to eat

Hello! 1. Can i check ask if it is needed to apply sunblock for 12month old if i take her swimming? 2. How long can they play in the water? 3. And lastly, where do i buy disposable swimming diapers? Thank you!!!

1. Yes you can apply sunblock for them. I am using Biore Kids Sun block. 2. For a start, i would go for 30mins of play time. 3. You can gt those swimming diapers from supermarkets or kiddy palace

Yes, especially if we don't have rolled oats in stock. But I gave the plain one (without flavor).

Yes sa loob ng bahay. Pero nililinis at dinidisinfect ko muna ng alcohol yung floor before ko sya palakarin ng barefoot.

my 14mo seems to be dropping to 1 nap of 1 hr....n he sleeps only 9-10 hrs at nite..is that normal or too short?any solutions txs!:/

Hi there, i generally agree with thte above comment or. Try to tire the child more but not too much otherwise they will be cranky and b even harder to put to sleep and the next nap will be even shorter sometimes. I try to time it in such that i will put him to sleep within an hr of his meal/feed so that the full feeling can make them a bit drowsy and keep them full in their sleep too. I could also be just a sleep regression phase tho t typically happens abt 12 months - but hey, every baby is different

hi mummies, for playgroup in cc, does it usually last til 30mo or the kids are streamed by year to pre-nursery/n1 ? txs

It depends. If your child is 30mo that year, they will remain in PG till the year ends. Only the following year which they turn 3, proceed to N1
