Bethesda has pretty good reviews. Really worth checking them out. MMI Kovan, i dont like the environment and teachers. Called up to enquire before, they were not helpful, so its a no go for me.

Is Heguru better or Shincida? I prefer less pressurising approach for both adult and kid.

i prefer heguru. pricing same. heguru better in term of -management -2 teachers -intensive, more activities

Hi anyone got any play groups to recommend in tampines central area. My girl is going on 10mths. I'm looking to register her when she hit 18mths.

There are many choices but to help you find the ones available in the area, you can check out kinderful.sg. They list you all the schools by area (click Tampines area). Some of them even give you prices so that you can consider before making a wasted trip down to the school. There is also a map function. Once you visit the schools, you can write a review for each school to give other parents a heads up :)) I think this will help the whole parent community!

What medicine should a child below the age of 5 years old NEVER take?

Anything that is not prescribed by the doctor, for sure. As for over the counter medications, I'd only use the specific ones made for kids. I know some parents will use the adult versions out of convenience but they will give a smaller dosage to their kids but I find this very risky. Therefore, I am very strict about only using medicine made strictly for kids and stuff the doctor has prescribed.
