Experience with FGR/IUGR?

Could anyone please share their experience with Fetal Growth Restriction (FGR) or Intrauterine Growth Restriction (IUGR)? My baby was only 1106g at 29W6D... Wondering if it's a cause of concern and whether it really means we have to take baby out earlier than expected...

First trimester: Is it normal to be very hungry?

Hi Mummies, I am in my sixth week and i always feel like i am hungrier than usual. I am either hungry all the time or need to snack to avoid feeling nausea. It doesn't look like being so hungry in the first trimester is normal. Is there any mummies feels the same way like i do during your first trimester?

I read in this forum before, it’s normal unless gynae told us otherwise. Hungry is ok, as least you know you and your baby is eating and gaining weight 🥰

31 weeks and sudden constant gagging?

Hi all, I’m 31 weeks and I’ve started gagging a lot since the week started. Any mummies experienced this too? Is there a reason why we suddenly keep gagging again? 🥲

Local confinement nanny recommendation

Hi mummys, I'm looking for a local confinement nanny, ie someone who is already staying in Singapore, to do day-time confinement. Appreciate recommendations. Thank you!

Oh I really feel you on this, finding a local day-time confinement nanny is so much harder than people think, and it's such an important decision! A few names have come up in my circle that might help, someone in my mum group mentioned Min Jie, who apparently has 15+ years of experience and is very responsible, so she sounds like a solid option if her schedule works out for you. I've also heard good things about Lai Foon and Amy Wong, both local and well-recommended by mums who've used them personally. Most of these ladies book up quite fast, so do reach out early and ask around your own network too, sometimes a direct recommendation from someone who's used the nanny makes all the difference in knowing what to expect!

Sores and aches from first trim

I am currently 8 weeks into my 2nd pregnancy. It seems like my belly is growing much faster and showing much faster than my previous pregnancy. Also seem to have sores and aches already. Legs get sore easily. Cant wear shoes that are too flat cause my heels will hurt too. Getting tailbone pain, which is something I had during my third trim in my first pregnancy. Cannot imagine having to go through sores and aches for 9 months. Any mummies have similar experience

Feeling very emotional & upset

Just entered third trimester recently and had a heated emotional argument with my spouse today. It was terrible, and I cried for hours. Felt so guilty towards the little one in my womb and worried I've hurt my baby 😢 Why did i let myself get so upset.. so so scared that I've stressed baby out 😭
