Hand/Finger Cramps in first trimester

I heard that hand/leg cramps are common in third trimester. What about the first trimester? I'm in my 11th week n it's been hard to sleep on days when I have this cramping or stretching/pulling feeling on my hand and leg (since about week 7). Since yesterday noon, my fingers started cramping n pulling and it's not going away. Wondering if this is normal and if there's any remedy? I applied some ru yi oil on my fingers so heat can slightly mask the cramping feels. Also not sure if it's safe to use ru yi oil cos some of my friends said not to.

Nausea while brushing teeth

Hi mums, I am currently 11 weeks and since last week brushing teeth triggers really bad nausea for me, this morning it was so bad I actually vomited. Now I really dread brushing every morning and night :( Anyone here has similar experience and can share some tips? TIA.

It turns better for me while I am at week 18.

Back pain from left side sleeping

On my 14th week, not used to sleeping on the left side. I felt that side sleeping made me back pain. I tried using clevamama , but not sure am I using it correct because I'm still having back pain. Felt that the back support wasn't strong. Is it normal to feel back pain from side sleeping ? Any tips on sleeping posture or how to reduce this ?

It takes less space than the u shape pillow. Even if I turn it’s at least 30 degrees elevated. But may be need to change to u shape when the belly gets bigger. But depends on individual. My friend bought all the pillow but she still prefer using normal pillow as she can adjust where she likes to put.

Wisdom Tooth Surgery in second tri

Hi mummies! Wanted to check if it’s advisable to go for wisdom tooth surgery in second tri. the tooth is not causing any pain yet, but the dentist had previously advised (before I got pregnant) to get it removed via surgery before it causes pain. Should I just go for the surgery now, or risk it starting to hurt before I go for the surgery?

If it’s not hurting, I’d advise after you give birth.

Is it true better not to drink ice water?

Hi mummies. I'm at 27w now. All along through out my pregnancy i have been drinking cold and ice water. Is it true that by right i shouldn't? Aunties have been stopping me from doing so.

Felt bubbly in stomach

Hi mummies! I’m 34 weeks & recently i put my hand on my stomach as usual to feel the baby. But this is the first time that I felt like there’s bubbles popping in my stomach (top right to be exact). I know what it feels like when baby is having hiccup, move or stretch, but I’ve never felt bubble feeling before this. I’m worried, is it something to worry about? #pleasehelp #1stpreganancy

maybe baby is turning inside? as long as you feel movements, it should be ok still!
