Any mummies experience pelvis cramps, sharp pain on lower abdomen(womb) even not during periods?

Menses cycle 19 days short too

yes it’s normal. ovulation can cause cramps too

HL for Dizziness

12Weeks: Im wondering if gynae can grant HL for dizziness. I have very bad dizziness like the whole world is spinning around me. Really affects me as im a preschool teacher. Its only jan and i already took 5 days of MC and afew days of AL. Im under subsidised NUH.

I had really bad dizziness during my first trimester too, mummy 😢 Some days I could barely function normally. From what I know, gynaes can issue HL if they feel your symptoms are severe enough and affecting your ability to work. Since you're a preschool teacher and your job is quite physically demanding, I'd definitely bring it up at your next appointment. Hope you get some relief soon ❤️

Should I rush to private or wait for my local hospital appointment?

Hi. I’m currently at week 7. This is my first time. I’m getting anxiety and worried if my pregnancy is ok as I’ve not been to the gynae yet. My appointment is set in July and by then I would be 14 weeks. Should I just go to private to scan first and see if baby is ok? Just afraid it’s too early or is it too late? Or I should wait for the appointment in July. All these worrying makes me so tired.

Hi GD mother, how is your reading like for 7 pricks a day? I have been doing it for 7 days and feel upset that my readings are high for breakfast when I'm having rolled oats, cornflakes and low fat milk. Feeling depressed as I received a call from Kkh doctor checking on the result I have submitted. He asked me to monitor further and KIV the medication tablet. How are your readings like?

I stopped eating rice/noodles and the readings were all below 7 if not lesser. Portion size matters as well.

Can we still take spicy food during pregnancy?

I'm someone who can't go without chilli. Do we really have to stop taking spicy food once we find out that we are pregnant?

What food do you guys avoid for first trimester of pregnancy?

I have heard that pineapple, coconut, oranges, grapes are not good during first tri. Are you guys also the same? What kind of food you avoid during early pregnancy?

eat as per normal, avoid raw food, alcohol and herbs
