Giddy or blackout feeling

I am about week 12 now and have been experiencing dizziness often at time esp when I am out. My blood test for iron level is normal though. A few times i almost experienced blackout when walking and had to sit down quickly. Is this common for the rest? Could it due to low blood pressure?

it’s not common. could be low blood sugar

Is fish oil necessary?

I was prescribed prenatal care fish oil by my gynae, but recently i am getting very sensitive with smell hence i couldnt even swallow the fish oil (it has been 1 week) due to its smell once i put it in my mouth. Anyone have any other recommendation? Also or isit better for me to consume salmon twice - 3x a week?

i told my gynae i can’t stand the fish oil and she prescribed Ganilia instead. much better.

Belly shaking/vibrating at 34 weeks

Hi Mummies, Sometimes I notice that my belly shakes and vibrates for a while. I am currently 34 weeks pregnant. I read online and it says that it just means baby is stretching or moving fast. Is this normal ? Any other mummies experience this ? #advicepls #firsttimemom

Yes it’s normal. I experienced the vibrating haha it’s perfectly normal . Baby came out fine

Hi the nurses will give you towel and extra gown if you want to shower! Or you can always request from them if you want to! But im not sure how you would prepare the herbal bath as no pail/boiling water

Baby kicking too much?

I’ve just reached third trimester and baby’s kicks have been harder and more frequent. It’s to the point that I feel sore in the areas baby kicks. Today baby kicked so intensely that I felt a bit breathless! I’m a bit worried that this means she’s agitated? Has anyone experienced this and been told this needs to be checked out?

It's normal. My baby was active too, kicking so much in the last trimester that sometimes my tummy looks out of shape 😅 Dr said baby being active is a good sign. Hold on mummy!
